*When will my item be shipped?

Orders generally are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS from Boston, MA. 

A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide as soon as it is shipped.

*Do you accept returns?

No, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please be sure to check all measurements before placing an order. 

*What if there is a problem with my order?

Please keep in mind that many of the items sold on this website are secondhand & there may be minor imperfections. All major flaws will be disclosed in the description and included in the photos. 

We are careful to inspect each item carefully, but can sometimes miss something! Please don't hesitate to reach out to work out a solution.

*Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled. If you need to make a change to your address or contact information please reach out ASAP by emailing us at: refindplus@gmail.com

*Do you ship internationally?

We offer shipping to Canada, in addition to all US states and territories.

*Do you take items on consignment or buy them outright?

Currently we do not buy or take items on consignment. Our intention is to offer a consignment option in the coming months.

*Do you have a physical location?

Currently we do not have a physical location. We occasionally do pop-ups around New England and announce these events on our Instagram!
